Thracean Mining announces the start of its partnership with the Educational Organization Eduact in the framework of the VION Skills program, which will be implemented in Alexandroupoli and Komotini, bringing technology, innovation, and exploratory learning closer to the new generation.
As part of this collaboration, two new modern learning spaces have already begun operating in Komotini and Alexandroupoli. There, children, teenagers, and university students will have the opportunity to engage directly with educational technology, robotics, and innovation — to develop STEM skills, while also cultivating creativity, teamwork, and practical problem-solving abilities.
The program includes:
- Information and inspiration sessions for local university student groups using LEGO® Education and programming software
- Workshops for students of different ages
- Activities for skill development and community engagement
The program is free for children, teenagers, and students in the area, aiming to serve as a hub of innovation and inspiration for Thrace.
