Eldorado Gold\u2019s executive leadership team led by President Christian Milau, conducted a two-day visit to Thrace on January 19\u201320, 2026. The visit was preceded by a meeting in Thessaloniki with the Deputy Minister for Macedonia and Thrace, Mr. Konstantinos Gioulekas.<\/p>\n

Sapes \u2013 First stop at the new facilities of Thrace Minerals<\/strong><\/p>\n The first stop of the visit was the renovated Thrace Minerals\u2019 facilities in Sapes. \u00a0In addition to laboratories and sample storage areas, the site includes a conference space and a geological exploration center.<\/p>\n During the visit, the team reviewed progress achieved in 2025, a year marked by strong organizational development for the Thrace-based companies and of strong focus on delivering the targets set by the shareholder. The first key milestone achieved was the completion and submission of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Perama project, while significant progress was also made during the same year in strengthening the organizational structure of the two Thrace-based companies.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
